DMCA Notice Submission
For your DMCA notice to be considered valid, please ensure that it includes the following:
- Your Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the agent authorized to act on their behalf.
- Description of the Work: A description of the copyrighted material you claim is being infringed.
- Identification of Infringing Content: Specific details (e.g., URLs) of the material you believe is infringing.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you believe in good faith that the material is being used without authorization.
- Accuracy Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your Contact Details: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address for follow-up.
Counter-Notification
If you are the user who uploaded the material and believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the Removed Content: Identify the content that was removed and its location prior to removal.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the user believes the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- User’s Contact Information: The user’s name, contact information, and signature.
- Jurisdiction Statement: A statement consenting to jurisdiction in the appropriate court.
Restoration of Content
If we do not receive a legal action from the copyright owner within 10-14 days after the counter-notification is filed, the content may be restored to the platform.
