Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for photography services and products under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your photos.
- Refunds are available only for services where the quality does not meet the agreed standards or where there is an error in editing.
- No refunds are available for custom prints, digital retouching, or other personalized products unless there is a defect.
- Deposits for photo sessions are non-refundable except in cases where the session was canceled by us.
How to Request a Refund

- Your appointment date and time.
- The type of photography session (e.g., portrait, wedding, product).
- A clear explanation of your concern.
- Sample images showing the issue (if applicable).
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review your case within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not granted under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 7 days of receiving your photos.
- Dissatisfaction due to a change of mind or personal preference.
- Issues caused by external factors (e.g., client’s choice of location, outfits).
- Delays in response to proofing or feedback.
